Entertainment Licences

The Licensing Act 2003 brings significant changes to the way licensed premises are regulated. There used to be six licensing regimes that covered liquor, public entertainment, theatres, cinemas, late night refreshment premises and night cafes, but these have now been brought together under a single integrated system.

We can offer an advisory and liaison serivce with the Local Authority or Fire Authority on issues that relate to Fire Safety. We would generally work with your Solicitor on these issues.
